Opportunities and challenges of AI for managers.

On November 20 2025, I had the opportunity to participate in a conference organised by Agros Dirigeants (UniAgros) on AI in our lives as managers. Among the many positive examples of AI use presented, I would highlight the following: - Recruitment: AI is effective for recruiters in finding potential candidates, sorting CVs and speeding up interview reports. AI also allows candidates to refine their searches and improve their CVs and cover letters. - Industry: InVivo has opted for the widespread use of AI, considering it as an assistant. For example, it finds available slots for meetings. The extensive use of AI at an industrial site has led to a 12% increase in productivity.

The challenges of sustainable food

🌱 An inspiring morning Today, I had the opportunity to participate in Giverny de l'Alimentation, an event dedicated to the challenges of sustainable food and its value chain. The event brought together all the key players in the sector: public authorities, investors, associations, consulting firms, producers, processors and distributors. Four key lessons shaping the future of our food: 🍽️ Accessibility above all else Eating well should be a right, not a privilege. With food insecurity on the rise, collective catering is emerging as a major lever for ensuring quality food for all. 💡 Investing in health Eating well is not an expense, it's an investment. The cost of junk food to our society? £17 billion in healthcare costs, social and environmental impacts. It's time for a paradigm shift.

At the heart of this update is ISO 22002-100, which now establishes the common foundation of PRPs for the entire food chain: food manufacturing, animal feed production, packaging, catering and logistics.
