These Conditions of Use are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles (France).

8.1 Force Majeure
S2Afood shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Site and the Content, such as loss of data, damage to computer equipment, intrusion into the computer system, or resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by the French Civil Code. 

8.2 Severability of Clauses
