Right to data portability: You have the right to request to receive the Personal Data you have provided to the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in order to transmit this data to another Data Controller. However, this right is subject to the following two conditions: (i) the processing is based on your consent or the performance of a contract and (ii) is carried out using automated processes.

10.  SECURITY

The Data Controller has implemented reasonable technical, organisational and structural measures to ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and to prevent accidental loss, destruction or damage.
